So it’s come down to a phone call to jump start stalled talks. The EU’s Chief Negotiator went back to Brussels this morning, leaving the Prime Minister and the EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen to hammer things out.
They went to the same school in Belgium – but can they find any common ground in their approach to trade?
