Will China’s new three-child policy make any difference?

Following a fall in birth rates, for the fourth consecutive year, China has announced its two child policy will change.

The ruling Communist party today announced it will ease birth limits to allow couples to have three children – in an effort to alleviate the strain on its society and economy, caused by an ageing population.
