In a letter address to residential coordinator of the United Nations in Sri Lanka, detained doctor Shirley Herath’s son Oshala Herath says that no independent access to lawyers has been given for 20 days since his arbitrary arrest. No reason has given for his arrest yet. And he has not being produced in a court of law.
